The vision for Elysse’s Elite Treats was inspired in 2016 and became a reality in 2020 when the company was established. We strive to treat everyone like family members. In addition, we want to provide a personalized experience for every customer through Elysse’s creations.

About Elysse

Early Beginnings

While living her youth throughout the United States and Europe with her military family, Elysse was introduced to many different culinary cultures. She developed a love for baking and a passion to serve within her community.

Professional Experience

Because of her interest in baking, Elysse went to the prestigious Johnson & Wales University and became a distinguished graduate of the Baking and Pastry Arts program. She then became a professionally trained pastry chef, eventually founding her bakery in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Advocacy

Elysse is committed to giving back to her community. One of the ways she does this is by designing exclusive specials. The funds from these sales are then donated to organizations like the Ronald McDonald House Charities and the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
